Steamfitter, Plumber and Insulator
Applicants
are required to have & submit with apprentice application:
1. A copy of original birth certificate
2. A high school diploma and transcript
OR
High School Equivalency and report of test results
3. A valid drivers license
4. Military transfer or discharge form DD-214, if applicable
5. Successful completion of the Accuplacer Test (Required componants vary by committee). Refer to testing proceedure in each application packet.
All above
applications when completed must be returned to:
