Our Mission Statement

The mission of Organization Management Services is to provide coordination and administration of association activities for unionized construction contractors. These activities include promoting educational activities for all construction industry participants along with providing management and supervisory training for apprenticeship training programs for plumbers, steamfitters, heat and frost insulators, and sheet metal workers. OMS also reaches out to members through all forms of media with the most up-to-date construction industry information; assists in grievance procedure resolution, labor agreement negotiations, the creation and maintenance of the fringe benefit packages; recognizes, as well as, promotes member achievements. These activities result in cooperative labor and management relationships in Northern Wisconsin.
